To the mystery male/female complaint person who wrote this email.
Thank you for your email.
Under the NZF Integrity Framework, not all complaints proceed to investigation. When deciding whether an investigation is warranted, NRF must clearly understand the concern and determine whether there is a sufficient basis for the complaint.
If you can clearly outline the details of your complaint and provide supporting evidence to establish that basis, this will enable NRF to conduct an initial review and decide whether an investigation is required.
It has come to our attention that a previous communication sent to you has been published online. You will note the disclaimer at the bottom of the complaint email stating, “This email is confidential.”
For clarity, this means the information is not intended for further distribution. We therefore kindly request that the post be removed.
Confidentiality is critical to the integrity of the complaints process, and we treat all information provided with the utmost care. If further communications are published, NRF will need to assume that confidentiality has been breached and will no longer be able to continue correspondence on this matter.

Here is your request. Email sent to referees and others by Bridget and Mark. The complaint process is a fraud. Since no names are provided on who is the complaints person. He/she could be a NRF staff member or paid legal representative. Complaints person where are the guidelines for the complaint I put forward. If you want evidence, then read the admission by Briget and Mark. Auckland City Council lease the grounds to Clubs. Council grounds are deemed to be public space.
It seems to me that the NRF Complaint person fails in allowing natural justice to take place. The next debate should be on the NRF Complaint person ability to read an email present to her/he as evidence
It has been bought to my attention yet again, that Neil is hanging around fields and shoulder tapping referees to referee for him and promising more money etc
A lot of our newer membership will have no idea who he is so if I bring it up now, you will all be aware.
· He is not affiliated with NRF.
· The company he goes under is Wax Eye Sports.
· He does not hold a current refereeing licence.
· He will ask you if you are interest in refereeing for him and once he has your number, he will continually ask you to do games for him. At the end of the day, you can do what you want, but if it is because I don’t give you enough games, let me know.
· College Sport have asked all their schools to refrain from using him for games – but can’t stop them.
· Some schools will not let him on their grounds due to previous issues with him and ruining games.
· He will turn up to referee certain games or have referees turn up to games that are not covered by official referees, and we still get complaints come into the office with teams thinking they are NRF appointed referees.
· If you do currently referee for him, please do not wear your NZF Lotto apparel because of the above issue point.
· If you are unsure who he is, he travels around in an old campervan and is in his 60’s.
· If you have any concerns, please reach out to myself or Mark.
Conclusion:
I request the NRF dismiss the complaint person for unethical behaviour. For example: She has threatened to end the hearing process because it is in the public arena. One rule for North Regional Football referee employees who can slander innocent person and hide behind the complaint person who seems to project quilty NRF staff members.
